So, the last post pretty much ended up being because of muscle strain. Didn’t have to go see the doc, and I’ve been back in the gym four times a week since then!
Lots and lots of cardio, as well as a fair share of core exercise (lower back, stomach). What’s really interesting is how much more energy I have. In fact, I find myself having problems sitting still. Yeah, it’s that bad
